MY ROMANIA is a family business, specializing in cultural and walking tours all over Romania and with a very strong focus on meeting and interacting with the local people.
We create tailor-made itineraries for independent travellers and special interest groups. We carefully select the accommodation and we mainly use family-run guesthouses in small traditional villages, using garden-grown produce for home-made meals. All guesthouses meet 21st century expectations (en-suite bathrooms, for example) whilst retaining their original charm. You will travel through wonderfully unspoiled countryside and villages as you meet local artisans working from home, horse and carts, wildflower meadows. You will also see UNESCO World Heritage churches and pristine nature. You are bound to have great experiences, see places and meet people that we cannot list in the lines that follow. This is the joy of travelling to Romania. You experience the true culture, history and natural beauty of My Romania as I see it – as a Romanian.
