DESCRIPTION
Hai la Saivan Bio Retreat and Farm is a heartfelt project that came to life with the rescue and relocation of three traditional houses to a natural plateau with a breathtaking view over the valley and the Rarău Mountain in Bucovina. This is the perfect place to relax, indulge, drink fresh milk from the farm, and taste traditional recipes lovingly prepared with organic ingredients by grandma, the chef. Here, you can listen to the crickets and birds, the quacking of ducks, and the ringing of cowbells, reconnecting with nature and its creatures.
The traditional Bucovinian homestead is set within a nature reserve, where you can admire extraordinary wildflowers and plants along the surrounding trails, drink fresh spring water, and even spot deer, roe deer, foxes, and wild rabbits from time to time. Casa Mare, Casa Mică, and Casa Foarte Mică are over 100 years old, yet inside, you’ll find all the comfort and elegance needed for a modern-day retreat. Each house is rented exclusively as a whole unit, with a total capacity of 10-12 guests, as follows:
• Casa Mare: 2-6 people
• Casa Mică: a couple or a family of up to 4 people
• Casa Foarte Mică: 2 people (double bed)
Additionally, the property features a Barn for Events, accommodating 25-45 people, perfect for an intimate wedding, baptism, birthday, corporate event, yoga retreat, and more. Due to its location, personal car access is not possible, but we offer 24/7 monitored parking nearby and guest pick-up service throughout the day. Furthermore, airport transfers are available (extra charge), and free transfers are offered from Vama or Câmpulung
Moldovenesc train stations.
Hai la Saivan Bio Retreat and Farm is nestled in nature, yet close to many tourist attractions:
- The Painted Monasteries of Bucovina, UNESCO World Heritage sites
- The Egg Museum, showcasing an impressive international collection

- Pietrele Doamnei on Rarău Mountain
